No hablo Ingles/ I don’t speak English

I offer culturally sensitive therapy services in Spanish and in English. My professional background is in both languages. My first language is, in fact, Spanish. If you are looking for a Spanish speaking therapist. You can reach me at my phone number, e-mail, or clicking here.

What is the first therapy session like?

During our first session, we will get to know each other, and will discuss your background, your intentions for our time together, and will make a plan for how we want to approach your specific situation. If you are unsure where to start, I will help you find a sense of direction that feels meaningful and intentional to you. I will explain to you what to expect, and the specific of my general approach to therapy. If at the end of the session, or a few dates later you feel like we are a good match, we can proceed with further sessions. Otherwise, I am happy to give you resources to further explore therapy.

What if I make an appointment, but can’t make it?

Please remember to cancel or reschedule 24 hours in advance. You will be responsible for the entire fee if cancellation is less than 24 hours. Cancellations and re-scheduled sessions will be subject to a full charge if not received 24hrs in advance. This is necessary because a time commitment is made to you and is held exclusively for you.

Before I start, I have a few questions. Can you help me?

I offer a 15min consultation call, where we can briefly discuss what your needs are, and we can explore whether or not I can help you.

How long until I feel better?

There is not set number of sessions that I recommend in order to start seeing changes in the way you feel. In our first session, we will discuss your goals, and how I can help you reach them. In my experience, consistency and an integrative and holistic approach is generally the most successful treatment.
