I am a bilingual Licensed Professional Counselor and a Certified Substance Abuse Counselor in the state of VA. I am also the owner of Conecta Counseling. Since 2016,  I’ve worked at various inpatient and outpatient facilities to include: Virginia Beach Psychiatric Center; Pathways Center, and Pembroke 6 with the City of Virginia Beach. Most recently, I worked as a Senior Clinician for the Eastern Shore Community Services Board. I’ve worked with adolescents and adults for the Department of Justice, and at inpatient and outpatient settings offering individual therapy; groups; and case consultation for residents in counseling.
I offer individual therapy, and couples therapy for clients in the state of VA that are learning to cope with anxiety, depression, life transitions, migration, first gen, relationships, and intercultural/biracial experiences.
I work from an integrative, client-centered, multicultural perspective helping clients tap into adequate skills to cope, assimilate, and integrate their challenges and their values into their lives.
